学习贯彻《传染病防治法》对防治非典型肺炎有何重要意义?当前,在党中央、国务院的正确领导下,全国上下正在大力开展非典型肺炎防治工作。打赢这场硬仗,既要依靠科学,又要依靠法律。《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》(简称《传染病防治法》)以法律的形式,明确了传染病防治工作的方针、原则和各项措施,明确了公民、社会有关组织和政府有关部门在传染病防治工作中的责任,是开展防治非典型肺炎工作的主要法律依据。大力宣传贯彻《传染病防治法》,使广大干部群众懂得有关法律规定,知道自觉防治既是一种社会公德,又是法律赋予的权利和义务,积极配合政府采取的有关措施,保证这项工作顺利进行,对于夺取防治非典型肺炎斗争的胜利具有十分重要的意义。
