企业人力资源管理的核心是最大限度的发挥出人的价值,挖掘人的潜能,为企业创造出更多的经济价值和财富。围绕着一中心,现代煤矿企业如何做好人力资源管理成为企业人力管理研究的热门课题。本文以煤矿企业为例,对企业人力资源管理存在的问题进行简单探讨,并提出以人为本,挖掘潜能不断优化企业人力资源管理的建议,对于促进企业科学管理具有积极的现实价值和意义。
The core of enterprise human resources management is to maximize the value of people out, tap the potential of people, for enterprises to create more economic value and wealth. Around a center, how to do a good job of modern human resources management of coal enterprises has become a hot topic in the study of human resources management. Taking coal mine enterprise as an example, this paper briefly discusses the existing problems of human resource management in enterprises and puts forward the suggestion of putting people first and taping potentials to optimize human resource management. It has positive real value and significance for promoting enterprise scientific management.
