一、概述现今,矫直钢管和棒材,以应用斜辊式矫直机最为普遍。该机与其它结构形式的矫直机相比,生产率高,矫直质量好。通常,斜辊式矫直机有二辊、五辊、六辊和七辊等。从结构上又分为卧式和立式两种。为了适应大口径钢管生产发展的需要,美国于1946年生产了一种结构新颖的《313》型斜辊式钢管矫直机。该矫直机和通常的斜辊矫直机相比较,具有体积小,重量轻,调整方便,生产率高以及矫直质量好等优点。特别是用于矫直大口径和高强度合金钢管,其优越性则更为突出。《313》型矫直机在国外钢管生产中已经普遍使用,并已发展成为定型的系列
