AFTER APPROVED by UN as a world historically cultural heritage,the ancient castle of Pingyao, as a Chinese most famous ancient architecture & historically cultural tourist product, is now arousing increasingly the interests and concerns of tourist circle and market of all the world.Japan, Southeast Asia, Europe and America have focused the attention of their information medium on Pingyao and Chinese tourist organization has selected Pingyao as a new scenic spot nationally. Besides, Pingyao also intensifies the development of its own tourist industry towards the world tourist market. Recently PingYaocounty leadership have decided that on 9-18 of June every year an“ Internationally Cultural Travel Festival of Pingyao Ancient Castle” will be held here for the purpose of further making Pingyao more famous and associating it with ancient culture. Now the ancient castle of Pingyao is facing the outside & the future, and is attracting more and more travelers all over the world.
