HIRFL-CSR is a double storage ring system consists of a main ring(CSRm),an experimental ring(CSRe)and a radioactive beam line(RIBLL2)which connects the two rings[1]. The commissioning of CSR was accomplished for high resolution mass measurement of nuclei near the proton drip-line from January 23 to February 20,2011.
