目的 为了探讨胃液诱导膀胱癌细胞系细胞凋亡的机制。方法 采用流式细胞术及免疫组化方法观察了胃液对膀胱癌细胞系BIU 87细胞凋亡及Bcl 2 Bax表达的影响。结果 显示胃液处理后AI值升高 ,Bcl 2表达降低 ,Bax表达升高 ,Bcl 2 Bax比值为 0 71。结论 提示胃液诱导BIU 87细胞凋亡可能是通过降低Bcl 2 ,升高Bax而实现的。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of gastric juice-induced apoptosis in bladder cancer cell lines. Methods Flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry were used to observe the effect of gastric juice on the apoptosis of bladder cancer cell line BIU 87 and the expression of Bcl 2 Bax. The results showed that the AI value of gastric juice increased, the expression of Bcl 2 decreased, the expression of Bax increased, the ratio of Bcl 2 Bax was 0 71. Conclusions suggest that gastric juice-induced apoptosis in BIU-87 cells may be achieved by decreasing Bcl 2 and increasing Bax.
