目的探讨黄芪注射液治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的药理作用。方法回顾分析近年来国内应用黄芪注射液治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的相关资料和有关基础研究,总结黄芪注射液的药理作用。结果黄芪注射液治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎疗效确切、可靠,药理作用主要有改善心肌功能、调节免疫、抗病毒、抗氧化等机制。结论黄芪注射液治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的药理作用主要是改善、保护心肌功能,调节免疫、抗氧化等作用。
Objective To investigate the pharmacological effects of astragalus injection on viral myocarditis in children. Methods The retrospective analysis of the domestic application of Astragalus injection in children with viral myocarditis related information and basic research, summarize the pharmacological effects of Astragalus injection. Results Astragalus injection in children with viral myocarditis effective and reliable, pharmacological effects are mainly to improve myocardial function, regulate immune, anti-virus, anti-oxidation mechanism. Conclusion Astragalus injection treatment of viral myocarditis in children pharmacological effects are mainly to improve, protect myocardial function, regulate immunity, anti-oxidation and so on.
