“萘丸”俗称“臭丸”,商品名为“卫生球”。误服“萘丸”引起急性血管内溶血甚为少见,现将病例报告如下。罗某,男,61岁,农民,住院号7600。因误服“卫生球”一粒,7小时后出现频频呕吐、腹泻,36小时后因尿呈酱油色、皮肤黄染急诊入院。体格检查:体温37.3℃,呼吸22次/分,脉搏92次/分,血压110/60毫米汞柱。神智清,贫血貌,皮肤巩膜深度黄染,未见出血点。心率92次/分,心律齐,心尖区可闻Ⅱ级收缩期杂音。腹平软,肝肋下2厘
