采用变温傅里叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)技术,研究了聚氯乙烯(PVC)的分子结构。实验发现:PVC主要存在着CH_2不对称伸缩振动模式(νas CH_2)、CH伸缩振动模式(ν_(CH))、CH_2对称伸缩振动模式(ν_(sCH_2))、CH_2弯曲振动模式(δ_(CH_2))、CH面内弯曲振动模式(βCH)、CH面外弯曲振动模式(γCH)、CH_2面外摇摆振动模式(ω_(CH_2))和C-Cl伸缩振动模式(νC-Cl)等八种红外吸收模式。实验结果发现在303 K-393 K温度范围内,PVC具有良好的热稳定性。研究拓展了变温ATR-FTIR技术在PVC材料热变性方面的研究范围。
The molecular structure of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) was studied by ATR-FTIR. The experimental results show that there are mainly the asymmetric stretching modes of CH_2 (νas CH_2), CH stretching vibration modes (ν CH), CH_2 symmetric stretching modes (ν sCH_2), CH_2 bending vibration modes (δ CH 2) ), Eight in-plane bending vibration modes (CHs), CH in-plane bending vibration modes (γCH), CH_2 out-of-plane vibration modes (ω_ (CH_2)) and C-Cl stretching vibration modes (νC-Cl) Absorption mode. The experimental results show that PVC has good thermal stability in the temperature range of 303 K-393 K. The research expands the research scope of variable temperature ATR-FTIR technology in the thermal denaturation of PVC materials.
