就在本期杂志送达印厂进行印刷的两天后,令世界瞩目的十八届三中全会即将召开。我们来不及听到从大会上传来的令人期待的会议内容和精神,但是近段时期,最值得期待的词无外乎可以用“超过预期”来形容。中国的发展,需要超过预期的改革政策;中国的百姓,盼望超过预期的惠民、利民政策;中国的企业,更是希望看到有利于发展的超过预期的开放政策。
