学习现代心理学知识，充分把握人们心理活动规律，结合运用心理融通和疏导方法，做好职工思想政治工作，是新时期加强和改进思想政治工作的必然要求，也是多年来广大思想政治工作者努力研究和探索的一个重要课题。本期“本刊特稿”专栏特刊发王开忠同志关于重视心理学知识运用的理论文章和上海大众交通（集团）股份有限公司积极构筑“大众心理工程”的探索经验，以期对大家有所启发。我们期待着更多的同志和单位在运用心理学知识加强和改进思想政治工作方面不断产生新成果，创造新经验。
