水电部规划小组于10月20日至30日在昆明召开全国电力长远规划座谈会,讨论和研究了1986—2015年电力工业发展规划的编制工作。会议由水电部计划司电力规划处处长陈寿文同志主持,各网局、省局计划处负责人、设计院系统室负责人以及有关科研、规划、设计单位及大专院校的代表共30余人出席了会议,水电部副总工程师沈根才同志在会上讲了话。
