现场管理属于土建施工中的核心环节,任何土建工程项目均必须重视现场管理。良好的现场管理能够促使整个施工企业健康发展。近年来,在土建施工行业竞争逐渐激烈的背景下,现场管理更成为了施工企业提高自身竞争能力的必要手段。为此,本文对现场管理在土建工程当中的作用进行阐述后,分析了大部分土建施工中现场管理存在的普遍问题,进而提出了几点现场管理的具体应用措施。
On-site management is the core link in civil construction. Any civil engineering project must pay attention to site management. Good site management can promote the healthy development of the entire construction company. In recent years, with the increasingly fierce competition in the civil construction industry, on-site management has become a necessary means for construction companies to improve their competitiveness. For this reason, this article elaborates on the role of site management in civil engineering, analyzes the common problems in site management in most civil constructions, and then puts forward several practical measures for site management.
