目的评价燃煤污染型地氟病病区降氟炉灶合格、正确使用情况,了解影响因素,为提高防治效果提供参考。方法在2县中共抽样调查14个项目村、769个农户,调查降氟炉灶的合格使用率,影响降氟炉灶合格使用的因素。结果合格降氟炉灶正确使用覆盖率为57.35%,95%C I为53.82%~60.88%;影响合格降氟炉灶正确使用覆盖的直接因素有:降氟炉灶与非降氟炉灶混用,降氟炉灶硬件损坏,不正确使用完好的降氟炉灶。结论泸州市地氟病病区降氟炉灶合格使用率远低于项目要求的90%(95%X95%),直接影响因素有3个。
Objective To evaluate the qualified and correct use of fluoride-reducing stoves in coal-contaminated endemic fluorosis area, understand the influencing factors and provide references for improving the control effect. Methods A total of 14 project villages and 769 rural households were sampled and sampled in 2 counties to investigate the qualified utilization rate of Fluoride-fired stoves and the factors that affect the qualified use of Fluoride-fired stoves. Results The correct coverage rate of qualified fluoride-lowering stoves was 57.35% and 95% CI was 53.82% -60.88%. The direct factors affecting the proper use of qualified fluoride-reducing stoves were the combination of fluoride-lowering and non-reducing furnaces, Damaged, incorrect use of a good fluoride stove. Conclusion The qualified utilization rate of fluoride-reducing stoves in Lufang’s endemic fluorosis area is much lower than 90% (95% X95%) of the project requirements, and there are three direct influence factors.
