一九八一年十二月十日至十三日,煤炭部科技局在淮南矿务局召开了李咀孜矿淮河下、六方堤下采煤和“三下”采煤地表移动予计方法的研究两项成果评议会。参加会议的有煤炭部门有关局、矿、院校、设计、科研单位和安徽省水利部门等56个单位108名代表。与会代表听取了上述两个试采工作和研究内容,参观了现场并进行认真的讨论和评议。
From December 10 to January 13, 1981, the Bureau of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Coal Mines held a survey on the ground movement under coal seams under the Huaihe River, Liuhexi embankment and the “three times” coal mining project at Huainan Mining Bureau Study two outcome councils. Attending the meeting, there were 108 representatives from 56 units such as bureaus, mines, institutions, design and scientific research units and the water conservancy department of Anhui Province in the coal sector. Participants listened to the above two trial production and research content, visited the site and conducted serious discussions and comments.
