从城市轨道交通的快速发展和项目建设资金短缺的矛盾出发,阐述了BT模式对于轨道交通项目建设的适用性以及实施BT项目时应注意的问题。
From the contradiction between the rapid development of urban rail transit and the shortage of funds for project construction, this paper expounds the applicability of BT model to the construction of rail transit projects and the issues to be noticed when implementing BT projects.
