目的：观察临床膝关节骨关节炎患者在超激光联合玻璃酸钠注射方法下的治疗效果进行分析。方法选取我院骨科和康复科在2013年2月～2014年2月间科内膝关节骨关节炎症在玻璃酸钠注射方法与超激光联合玻璃酸钠注射方法下就临床疗效及临床应用价值进行观察研究，治疗前后对比效果并进行评价。结果在为其一个月的治疗结束后，观察我院膝关节骨关节炎患者在不同治疗下应用超激光联合玻璃酸钠注射方法与单一玻璃酸钠注效果存在显著差异（P ＜0．05），观察组治疗率96％比对照组疗率74％明显要高，对比结果存在显著性差异（P ＜0．05）。结论在膝关节骨关节炎治疗中玻璃酸钠关节腔注射液联合超激光治疗效果更佳，可提高治疗效率，减少患者关节损害，值得临床推广应用。“,”objective to observe the clinical patients with knee osteoarthritis in the joint injection of sodium hyaluronate method by super laser treatment ef ect is analyzed.Methods select our hospital orthopaedics and rehabilitation in February 2013 to February 2014 between families in knee joint inflammation in the sodium hyaluronate joint injection of sodium hyaluronate injection method and laser method to observe the clinical curative ef ect and clinical application value under study,contrast ef ects before and after the treatment and evaluation.Results for a month after the treatment,observation of our hospital patients with knee osteoarthritis in the application of super laser under dif erent treatment of sodium hyaluronate injection method and the ef ect of a single injection of sodium hyaluronate significant dif erences (P <0.05),the observation group therapy was 96% higher than in control group cure rate 74%,compare results there are significant dif erences (P <0.05).Conclusion in knee osteoarthritis treatment in articular cavity injection of sodium hyaluronate combined super laser treatment ef ect is bet er,can improve the treatment ef iciency,reduce the patients with joint damage,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
