本篇博士论文以国有资产拍卖作为研究专题。本研究课题从经济哲学研究的技术路线出发,通过对当前我国国有资产拍卖进行理性透视,来分析、研究和反思国有资产拍卖范畴。本文以博士论文的中文摘要作为基本来源,并适当进行增补糅合而成。主要包括三大部分:研究课题的来源、目的和意义;课题的研究内容、过程和思路的概括叙述,研究的创新点;课题研究的技术路线。通过对上述三个主要方面的阐释,希冀本文既能达到表述博士论文研究要义的目的,又能为今后进一步对具有中国特色的拍卖理论与实践开展深入的研究起到抛砖引玉的作用。
This doctoral dissertation takes the state-owned assets auction as the research topic. This research topic starts from the technical route of economic philosophy research, analyzes and researches the auction category of state-owned assets through the rational perspective of current auction of state-owned assets in our country. This dissertation takes the Chinese abstract of doctoral dissertation as the basic source, and complements and mix appropriately. It mainly consists of three parts: the source, purpose and significance of the research topic; the general description of the research content, process and ideas of the research topic; the innovation point of the research; the technical route of the research project. Through the explanation of the above three main aspects, I hope this article can not only achieve the purpose of expressing the doctrine of doctoral dissertations, but also help to further study the auction theory and practice with Chinese characteristics in the future.
