In recent years, with the intensification of the implementation of the national vocational qualification certificate and the economic development in our province, the occupation skill appraisal in our province has been developing rapidly. In 1999, the number of people who participated in the appraisal and certification reached 350,000 and 321,000 respectively, ranking the highest in the country.
