全省国营大中型企业档案工作改革研讨班8月17日至23日在韶山举办。这次研讨班有全省大中型企业的45名档案工作骨干参加,共收到研讨论文40篇。学员们就企业在经营机制转换的情况下,档案工作如何围绕经济建设服务等问题,进行了深入热烈的探讨。从研讨班交流的论文看,着重探索了以下几方面的问题。一、关于企业档案工作如何为生产经营服务随着《全民所有工业企业转换经营机制条例》的贯彻落实,企业正逐步成为自主经营、自负盈亏、自我发展、自我约束的生产经营单位。在这种客观形势下,企业档案工作究竟如何服从和服务于企业生产经营工作,是摆在企业档案工作人员面前的十分重要的课题。这次研讨班提交的不少论文对准了这一焦点。李植凡同志《略论企业档案工作在生产经营中的参与服务》一文,以鲜明的观点,翔实的材料,阐述了企业档案工作应“多方面增强服务的参与意识”,“深层次培养参与服务的内在动力,”“严要求创造参与服务
The seminar on file work reform for large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises in the province was held in Shaoshan from August 17 to 23. The seminar has 45 backbone members of the province’s large and medium-sized enterprises to participate in the archives, and received a total of 40 research papers. The participants conducted an in-depth and enthusiastic discussion on how the archival work revolved around the issues of economic construction and service in the context of the transformation of the operating mechanism of enterprises. Papers from the seminar exchange, focusing on exploring the following aspects. I. How to Work for Enterprise Archives for Production and Management With the implementation of the “Regulations for the Conversion of All National-owned Industrial Enterprises”, the enterprises are gradually becoming the self-employed, self-financing, self-development and self-restraining production and operation units. In such an objective situation, it is a very important issue for enterprise archivists to face the question of exactly how the enterprise archives work obeys and serves the production and management of enterprises. Many papers submitted at this seminar targeted this focus.
