根据影响钻孔轨迹的因素分析以及对钻孔轨迹的预测,结合试验区的煤层赋存特点,设计了几种稳斜钻具组合型式并进行了试验。结果表明,试验中所选用稳定器的近钻头、满眼钻具组合,具有良好的保直作用和一定的纠偏能力,比较适合定向钻进的钻孔。应用不同的保直稳定组合钻具,有助于实现控制钻孔的轨迹。
According to the analysis of the factors influencing the drilling trajectory and the prediction of the drilling trajectory, combined with the characteristics of the coal seam in the experimental area, several types of combination of steady and steady drilling tools were designed and tested. The results show that the near-bit and eye-drill combination of the stabilizers selected in the experiment has a good effect of maintaining the integrity and a certain degree of correction, which is more suitable for directional drilling. Applying different types of bool-stabilizing combination drilling tools helps to control the trajectory of the borehole.
