以蓝莓组培苗单芽茎段为受体,对核桃楸树皮、枝条、叶及外果皮的化感作用进行了生物测定试验。结果表明,核桃楸树皮、枝条、叶及外果皮不同浓度浸提液对蓝莓苗茎段芽的萌发、新稍增殖系数和新稍长度有不同的化感作用,与对照相比,其作用效应均表现为高浓度浸提液抑制蓝莓苗茎段芽萌发和新稍增殖,降低新稍长度,随着浸提液浓度的降低,其抑制作用减弱、消失或转变为促进作用。其中核桃楸叶和外果皮的化感作用强于枝条和树皮的化感作用。
Bioassay was conducted on the allelopathic effects of the single shoot buds of blueberry tissue culture seedlings on the bark, branches, leaves and exocarp of Juglans mandshurica. The results showed that different concentrations of extracts from the bark, branches, leaves and exocarp of Juglans mandshurica had different allelopathic effects on the germination, new propagation coefficient and new length of the buds of blueberry seedlings. Compared with the control, The results showed that the high concentration of extract inhibited blueberry seedlings stem bud germination and a little new proliferation, reduce the new slightly longer, with the concentration of the extract decreased, its inhibition weakened, disappeared or changed to promote. Among them, the allelopathy of Juglans mandshurica leaves and exocarp was stronger than the allelopathy of shoots and barks.
