通常来说,未成年人指的是未满18周岁的公民。社会上对于未成年人在各个方面都给予了很多的保护,我国《未成年人保护法》的制定与实施就是在法律层面上对青少年群体进行权益的维护。随着社会的不断发展和进步,在未成年人权益保护方面也出现了很多需要改进的问题,因此文章主要是通过分析未成年人权益保护法律制度存在的问题,对如何完善未成年人权益保护法律制度进行研究。
