目的:介绍组织间种植125I粒子治疗小儿鼻腔横纹肌肉瘤的(RDM)病例,提高对横纹肌肉瘤的认识。方法:通过对2例RDM临床治疗思路及手术方法的分析,并复习有关文献。结果:2例患儿通过组织间种植125I粒子治疗RDM临床症状明显改善,术后随访局部肿瘤无明显浸润。结论:组织间种植125I粒子治疗RDM有良好的临床效果。
OBJECTIVE: To introduce (RDM) cases of infantile nasal rhabdomyosarcoma treated with 125I seeds and to improve the understanding of rhabdomyosarcoma. Methods: Two cases of RDM clinical treatment ideas and surgical analysis and review of the literature. Results: The clinical symptoms of 2 cases of children with RDM treated with 125I seeds were significantly improved. There was no obvious infiltration of local tumor after follow-up. Conclusion: Tissue 125I seeds in the treatment of RDM has a good clinical effect.
