利用角膜缘干细胞在角膜上皮损伤愈合中的重要作用，达到防止或减少胬肉复发的治疗目的。方法显微镜下剪除胬肉头颈部及其退变纤维、肥厚增生的结膜下组织，取同眼上方带有角膜缘上皮组织的球结膜植片用１０～０无损伤缝线间断缝合于角膜缘。结果随访３～１２个月未见复发与植片脱落者。结论自体干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉方法简单效果可信，而且取材方便，便于推广应用。
The use of limbal stem cells in the healing of corneal epithelial injury plays an important role in preventing or reducing the recurrence of pterygium for the purpose of treatment. Methods Under the microscope, the head and neck of the pterygium and its degenerated fibers were excised under the microscope. The subconjunctival tissue with hyperplasia of hypertrophy and the conjunctival graft with corneal limbal epithelium above the eye were sutured to the limbus with 10 ~ 0 non-destructive suture . The results of follow-up 3 to 12 months no recurrence and implant shedding. Conclusion Autologous stem cell transplantation for the treatment of pterygium is simple and credible, easy to draw and easy to popularize.
