日前,本刊编辑部在哈尔滨召开了1983年工作年会。应邀到会的56名同志来自:江苏省、天津市、山西省、北京市、河北省、陕西省、福建省、广西壮族自治区、吉林省、辽宁省、四川省、湖北省和内蒙古自治区布旗,以及黑龙江省各地、市种子公司,还有吉林省伊通县景台公社、辽宁省东沟县合隆公社、黑龙江省双城县的代表。光明日报、中国农民报、黑龙江日报、黑龙江人民广播电台、《黑龙江农业》杂志社的记者出席了会议。会议由黑龙江省种子公司经理、《种子世界》主编张树元主持。会议首先听取了《种子世界》副主编孙丰雷的工作汇报。农牧渔业部宣传司司长房干、中国种子公司副经理、中国种子协会副理事长马克让、黑龙江省人大副主任、省科协主席王金陵、黑龙江省农牧渔业厅副厅长韩世才等
