银翘解毒丸是治疗风热感冒的一种常用中成药,我部收治1例因上呼吸道感染应用此药引起全身丘疹型药疹病人,现报告如下。病人段某,男性、32岁。因头痛、发热、咽痛,拟诊为上呼吸道感染。嘱用银翘解毒丸,每次1丸,每日3次。当服至第3次时,全身出现片状丘疹、有奇痒,头晕。查体:体温38.5℃,(腋下),脉搏110次,血压130/82,眼睑无浮肿,颈软,心肺无异常,腹软,肝脾未触及。无过敏病史。

No history of allergy.
