行政审批是行政机关的一项很重要的行政权和行政行为。如何设定和实施行政审批,直接关系到行政管理目的的实现程度,关系到行政效率的高低,关系到行政相对人的切身利益。要正确适当地设定和实施行政审批,必须掌握行政审批的基本原则。结合工作实际,笔者认为,设定和实施行政审批,应把握以下六项基本原则。
Administrative examination and approval is an important administrative power and administrative act of the administrative organ. How to set and implement administrative examination and approval is directly related to the realization of the purpose of administration and the administrative efficiency, which is related to the vital interests of the counterparts. To correctly and properly set and implement administrative examination and approval, we must master the basic principles of administrative examination and approval. Combined with the actual work, the author believes that the establishment and implementation of administrative examination and approval, we should grasp the following six basic principles.
