目的:研究痰热清注射液对流感病毒亚甲型鼠肺适应株(FM1)感染小鼠的抗病毒的作用。方法:采用流感病毒FM1制备小鼠肺感染模型,观察痰热清注射液对FM1感染小鼠肺组织病理形态变化、肺组织匀浆中流感病毒血凝滴度、T淋巴细胞的增殖功能以及肺组织匀浆中细胞因子γ干扰素(IFN-γ)的含量。结果:应用痰热清注射液治疗的FM1感染小鼠肺组织病理损伤与模型组比较,改善显著,而且还对肺组织匀浆中流感病毒血凝滴度具有明显的抑制作用。同时痰热清注射液还能显著增强FM1感染小鼠T淋巴细胞的功能,显著提高小鼠肺组织匀浆中IFN-γ含量。结论:痰热清注射液能改善流感病毒感染小鼠的肺组织病理损伤,对流感病毒FM1感染小鼠具有明显的抗病毒作用。痰热清注射液的抗病毒作用可能与其能够抑制病毒在细胞内的增殖,增强机体免疫功能有关。
Objective: To study the antiviral effects of Tanreqing Injection on mice infected with influenza virus subtype mice (FM1). METHODS: A mouse model of pulmonary infection was prepared using influenza virus FM1. The pathological changes of lung tissue in FM1 infected mice, the hemagglutination titer of influenza virus in lung homogenates, the proliferation of T lymphocytes, and lungs were observed. Tissue homogenates cytokine gamma interferon (IFN-γ) content. RESULTS: Compared with the model group, the pathological injury of lung tissue in FM1 infected mice treated with Tanreqing Injection was significantly improved, and it also had obvious inhibitory effect on the hemagglutination titers of influenza virus in lung homogenate. At the same time Tanreqing injection can also significantly enhance the function of T lymphocytes in FM1-infected mice and significantly increase the content of IFN-γ in the mouse lung homogenate. Conclusion: Tanreqing Injection can improve the pathological injury of lung tissue in mice infected with influenza virus, and has obvious antiviral effect on FM1 infected mice. The antiviral effect of Tanreqing Injection may be related to its ability to inhibit the proliferation of the virus in the cell and enhance the immune function of the body.
