某铁路专运线上的I号桥,是建于1969年初的平桥,跨度9m,净空5m,桥宽2.5m,采用2根现浇钢筋混凝土T形梁承受上部传来的荷载。 1998年3月,对该桥观测时发现,2根大梁的主筋保护层有30%脱落,钢筋锈蚀严重。锈点最大深度为3.5mm,且每根梁上有4-5条裂缝,最长裂缝达530mm、宽3.5mm,梁与桥墩接触面也有明显的缝隙。经研究分析,需进行加固处理。
