(2017年4月1日)第一条为加强水利工程建设质量管理,提高质量责任意识,强化质量责任追究,保证工程建设质量,根据《建设工程质量管理条例》、《水利工程质量管理规定》、《水利工程质量事故处理暂行规定》等有关规定,结合我省水利实际,制定本办法。第二条本办法适用于我省范围内的水利工程建设(村民自建的农村小型水利工程除外)。第三条水利工程建设责任主体项目负责人是
(April 1, 2017) Article 1 In order to strengthen the quality management of water conservancy construction, raise the awareness of quality responsibility, enhance the accountability of quality and ensure the quality of construction, according to the Regulations on the Quality Control of Construction Projects, Regulations on the Quality Management of Water Conservancy Projects, , “Interim Provisions on the Quality Accident Management of Water Conservancy” and other relevant provisions, combined with the actual water conservancy in our province to develop this approach. Article 2 This set of measures shall apply to the construction of water conservancy projects within the province (except villager-owned rural small-scale water conservancy projects). Article III of the main responsibility for the construction of water conservancy project leader is
