水下使用普通混凝土封底或堵漏,混凝土容易产生泌水、离析、松散,难以成型;即便采用水下混凝土也难以达到理想封底效果。为了克服上述施工难点,人们生产出了一种新型的材料--絮凝剂,在普通水下混凝土配合比设计基础上加入合适量的絮凝剂配制而成混凝土称其为水下不离析混凝土(也叫水下不分散混凝土)。本文结合广州市南沙区凤凰一、二、三桥工程第二合同段(凤凰二桥)河中承台封底混凝土,重点介绍水下不离析混凝土配合比设计及应用,为以后类似的项目提供参考。
