本文研究了伽玛射线对甘薯小象甲[Cylas formicarius elegantulus(Summers)]的效果。在5—20千拉德(krad)的剂量范围中,任何一种处理均使卵不能孵化。当处理剂量高于5千拉德时,发育12天的幼虫就不能发育至蛹。处理剂量在5—50千拉德范围内,任何一种水平的处理均不能羽化出成虫。当发育5天的蛹被辐射后,在高于或等于35千拉德剂量的情况下,没有正常成虫羽化出来。5千拉德剂量对蛹期的处理足以能使成虫不育。在任何处理中,高温都能加速死亡,且随辐射剂量增大,成虫存活时间缩短,在照射100千拉德后,成虫不取食,32℃下7天,27℃下11天就全部死亡。处以75千拉德时,成虫生殖能力就显著降低了。当雄虫处以30千拉德,雌虫处以20千拉德时,即完全不育了。
This article studies the effect of gamma rays on Cylas formicarius elegantulus (Summers). Egg inability to hatch in either dose range of 5-20 krad. Larvae that developed for 12 days did not develop to pupae at treatment doses above 5 krad. The treatment dose is in the range of 5-50 krad, and any level of treatment can not produce adult worms. When pupae developed for 5 days were irradiated, no normal adults emerged at doses higher than or equal to 35 krad. Treatment of 5 krad dose pup pups enough to make adults sterile. In any treatment, high temperature accelerated the death, and with the increase of radiation dose, the survival time of the adult was shortened. After 100 rad irradiation, the adults did not feed, and all died at 27 ℃ for 7 days at 32 ℃. . At 75 rad, the reproductive capacity of adults is significantly reduced. When the male at 30 krad and females at 20 krad, it is completely sterile.
