住房问题关系到百姓的民生,特别是对于低收入的家庭来说,住房问题不仅是经济问题,也是社会问题。因此,政府要加强对住房建设的保障,解决城市低收入者的家庭住房困难问题。文章通过回顾云南住房问题的发展和概况,对云南的保障性住房建设问题进行研究和谈论。
Housing issues relate to people’s livelihood, especially for low-income families, the housing issue is not only an economic issue, but also a social issue. Therefore, the government should strengthen the protection of housing construction and solve the problems of housing difficulties for urban low-income people. By reviewing the development and general situation of housing problems in Yunnan Province, the article studies and discusses the problems of affordable housing construction in Yunnan Province.
