在教育方面的人权主流化有着特别的意义。因为了解人权是人权在国内和国际层面得以成功实现的一个至关重要的先决条件。人权的主流化思想不仅有助于人权的实现,也和联合国的其他活动相关。人权应当被纳入部门法的学习中,而不应仅仅留待单独和随后的课程再学习。与此同时,在人权教育方面的努力必须扩展到其他学科和专业以及他们的工作活动中去。人权教育应该成为讨论如何进一步完善人权标准及其实施的媒介。我们在这方面还有很多工作要做。
Mainstreaming human rights in education is of special significance. Because understanding human rights is a crucial precondition for the successful fulfillment of human rights at the national and international levels. The mainstreaming of human rights not only contributes to the realization of human rights but also to other UN activities. Human rights should be included in the study of sectoral law, rather than just for further study in separate and subsequent curricula. At the same time, efforts in human rights education must extend to other disciplines and professions and their work activities. Human rights education should be the vehicle to discuss how to further improve human rights standards and their implementation. We still have a lot of work to do in this area.
