带状疱疹是由潜伏于感觉神经节的水痘一带状疱疹病毒再激活、复制而引起的疾病,中医称之为缠腰火丹。带状疱疹主要表现为沿神经分布区域的局限性疼痛,一处或多处的集簇性红斑和小水疱;多发生在老年人。病程为2～3周或更长时间。受寒、发热、疲劳、创伤、X射线照射,患白血病、淋巴瘤,服用免疫抑制剂、病后衰弱等,都可能成为水痘-带状疱疹病毒再激活的刺激因素。由于水痘-带状疱疹病毒原发(初次)感染引起的是水痘,带状疱疹为同一病毒(水痘-带状疱疹病毒)被激活后形
Shingles is a disease caused by the reactivation and replication of chickenpox lurking in the sensory ganglia. Chinese medicine calls it a loincloth. Shingles mainly show localized pain along the area of the nerves, one or more clusters of erythema and small blisters; mostly in the elderly. Duration of 2 to 3 weeks or longer. Cold, fever, fatigue, trauma, X-ray exposure, leukemia, lymphoma, immunosuppressive agents, post-illness debilitating, etc., may all contribute to the reactivation of varicella-zoster virus. Since varicella-zoster virus primary (primary) infection causes chickenpox, shingles are activated after the same virus (varicella-zoster virus) is formed
