当前,不少工业企业正在按照现代企业制度的要求,进行大力度、大跨度的结构调整,特别是亏损企业,更是把企业结构调整作为扭转企业困难局面的“背水一战”,投入较多的人力、财力和物力.笔者认为,要达到结构调整的预期目标,收到事半功倍的效果,必须研究和注意调整后企业发展、后劲以及资金运作中可能出现的问题,当前尤其要正确处理好以下四个关系问题;一是搬迁改造中投入产出的关系.目前资金十分紧张,根据结构调整的需要,企业由市区迁往郊区,利用卖地得到的资金,重新优化资金投向.盘活企业存量.这是结构调整的基本思路.作为企业法人代表.首先要把投入产出的资金帐算好.搬迁改造的整个过程中要花多少钱,要做到心中有数.要利用有限的资金创造翻番的效益.不能易地再生产过去那些低档次、低附加值的产品.搞没有效益的搬迁改造.让卖地得到的资金再沉淀了.特别要防止易地搬迁再亏损的现象出现.
