崔智慧,天津市一名普通的发明爱好者。世界上第一种可随时反复进行自我清洁消毒的餐具、世界上第一支可去除牙石的电动洗牙牙刷,就是出自他的手。在20多年的时间里,他共获得十余项国家专利,发表了数十篇具有学术价值的论文。然而,至今他的这些“宝贝”却仍躺在“冰冷”的抽屉里。看着手中这些专利证书,他苦恼地说:“在大力提倡科技兴国的今天,专利技术转化咋就这么难啊?”以下是他的自述:
