1979年,部局指定有关工厂中有经验的同志,组成“Y系列调整设计工作组”。1979年下半年开始工作,1980年上半年完成设计图纸。接着,由19个工厂承担试制,到1980年年底前,完成了89个规格,596台样机。通过韧试、复试,取得了大量的数据。1981年1月初,由部局主持,召开了鉴定会议。根据样机试制的结果,对Y、Y-L(IP44),中心高80～280,这一系列电机设计,通过了技术鉴定。鉴定结论认为:“Y系列电机设计
In 1979, the Ministry designated the experienced comrades of the relevant factories to form the “Y-series adjustment design working group”.
