依法执政,是执政党在新的历史条件下对治国执政思路的创新发展,是建设我国社会主义法治工程的关键环节。如何实现依法执政事关执政党兴衰和我国法治事业成败。依法执政至少应包括以下五个方面:依法掌控国家权力,依法领导立法,依法支持行政,依法领导司法,带头遵守法律。

How to Realize the Ruling by Law According to the Rise and Fall of the Ruling Party and the Success or Failure of the Law in our Country. The rule of law according to law should include at least the following five aspects: controlling state power according to law, leading legislation in accordance with the law, supporting administration according to law, leading the judiciary according to law, and taking the lead in complying with the law.
