食品添加剂与人们的生活息息相关,是现代食品工业必不可少的。但是,目前在食品添加剂中出现的问题,如染色馒头,引起了人们对食品添加剂的关注。针对食品添加剂人们应该有正确的认识,同时,食品安全也是迫在眉睫的问题。食品添加剂应用技术课程在高职院校食品专业的学习中起着举足轻重的作用。本文从高职院校食品添加剂教学和其存在的问题入手,提出从采用项目教学的形式和教学原则方面探究食品添加剂应用技术教学设计以及教学考核方面来探究高职院校食品添加剂应用技术教学的改革,旨在提升高职院校食品添加剂应用技术的教学水平。
Food additives and people’s lives are closely related to the modern food industry is essential. However, the current problems in food additives, such as dyed bread, have aroused people’s concern for food additives. People should have a correct understanding of food additives, at the same time, food safety is also an imminent problem. The food additive application technology course plays an important role in the study of food specialty in vocational colleges.
