实话说,笔者写此题目时,下笔有点艰涩。其实,自薄熙来、薄谷开来“事件”发生之后,笔者的脑海里便时常掠过其爱子之名字。笔者常想,其子在此事件中,究竟有无起到一些“催化剂”的作用呢?猜想归猜想,一切都已成事实而定局。笔者乃一普通公民,与他们无任何关系,且那都已成为“过去时”了。笔者再三思索,那过去了的,且让其成为历史之烟云散去罢了;而从今以后,咱国内的官员们,尤其是高官们,其子女之留学问题,有关部门似乎很有必要立一些明确的规矩了(此前有否,不太清楚;但至少普通民众不甚了了)。在此,笔者先对高官子女留学之利弊
