目的:为验证“正虚挟瘀”是中医衰老的重要原因/ 机制的可靠性及合理性,观察了补肾健脾化瘀天年安对老年小鼠免疫功能、自由基代谢及全血粘度的影响。方法:老年小鼠连续4 周灌服天年安后,检测腹腔巨噬细胞产生的白细胞介素1( interleukin1 ,IL1)、脾淋巴细胞产生的白细胞介素2(interleukin2,IL2) 的活性、全血粘度的变化、肝脑的脂质过氧化(lipid peroxides,LPO) 含量以及红细胞清除自由基酶的活性,如超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD) 、过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT) 、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSHPx)。结果:老年小鼠IL1、IL2 的产生以及SOD、CAT、GSHPx 均明显低于青年小鼠,而肝脑产生的LPO 及全血粘度则明显增加。给药后,上述指标均可明显得到改善。结论:说明老年机体确“虚”和“瘀”并存,进一步为我们的观点提供了实验依据;同时也说明IL2 的产生能力降低除与T 细胞本身有关外,还与巨噬细胞、自由基代谢等因素有关。
