目的探讨SLC11A1和SGPP2基因的单核苷酸多态性(SNPs)与山东汉族人群类风湿关节炎(RA)的关联。方法采用Real-time PCR法对山东汉族134例RA患者(RA组)和242例健康者(对照组)SLC11A1基因的rs1059823、rs2695343位点和SGPP2的rs13382934、rs2009150位点及进行检测,采用SPSS13.0软件对其分析,数据分析采用χ2检验和Fisher确切概率法。结果 RA组SLC11A1基因的rs1059823、rs2695343位点及SGPP2的rs13382934、rs2009150位点与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 SLC11A1和SGPP2基因与山东汉族人群RA的易感性无关。
Objective To investigate the association between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of SLC11A1 and SGPP2 genes and rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in Shandong Han population. Methods rs1059823 and rs2695343 of SLC11A1 gene and rs13382934 and rs2009150 of SGPP2 were detected by Real-time PCR in 134 RA patients (RA group) and 242 healthy controls (control group) of Shandong Han nationality. 0 software analysis, data analysis using χ2 test and Fisher exact probability method. Results There were no significant differences in the rs1059823 and rs2695343 sites of SLC11A1 gene and rs13382934 and rs2009150 sites in SGPP2 between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion The SLC11A1 and SGPP2 genes are not associated with the susceptibility to RA in Shandong Han population.
