铬及其化合物与噪声联合作用对听力影响的分析

目的 探讨铬及其化合物与噪声联合作用对听力损失的影响.方法 选择某化学制品企业同时接触铬酸盐与噪声的人员127名男性为实验组,另选择接触噪声但不接触铬酸盐的91名男性为对照组,采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素现场检测和职业健康检查进行综合评价.结果 实验组听力损失的发生率为29.1%,对照组为15.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组听力损失发生的相对危险度是对照组2.4倍(P<0.05).累积噪声量达80dB(A)及以上时,实验组的RR值(9.094)大于两个变量独立作用之和.结论 同时接触铬和噪声可导致听力损失发生率增高,在高强度噪声暴露情况下,铬和噪声对听力损失存在协同作用.
