武术作为中华民族传统文化的优秀代表之一,是进入全国各级学校的体育项目,是学校体育的重要组成部分。因此,高校学生应加强武术课的学习,而在武术课教学中,学生的自我效能直接影响着学生的课堂表现和学习心态,并最终影响着学生的学习效果。学生自我效能的强弱对武术运动成绩的影响应该引起武术教育工作者的关注。为了提高大学武术的教学质量,为武术教学改革提供理论上的参考,本文采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等,通过研究部分大学生自我效能与武术运动成绩的关系和自我效能与武术教学效果的关系,提出一些相应的建议,希望对武术教学的发展有一定帮助。
As one of the best representatives of the Chinese traditional culture, martial arts is a sport that has entered schools in all levels of the country and is an important part of school sports. Therefore, college students should strengthen the learning of Wushu class, and in the teaching of Wushu class, the self-efficacy of students directly affects the class performance and learning attitude of students, and ultimately affects the learning effect of students. The influence of students’ self-efficacy on Wushu performance should arouse the concern of Wushu educators. In order to improve the teaching quality of martial arts in universities and to provide a theoretical reference for Wushu teaching reform, this paper adopts the methods of questionnaire, literature, interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis to study some college students’ self-efficacy and martial arts performance The relationship between self-efficacy and the teaching effectiveness of Wushu, put forward some corresponding suggestions, hoping to help the development of Wushu teaching.
