目的:了解我院深部真菌感染的菌种分布与耐药现状,为临床合理使用抗真菌药物提供依据。方法:用科玛嘉念珠菌显色培养基和ATB分析仪进行真菌鉴定,ATB FUNGUS 3药敏卡进行药敏试验。结果:真菌感染以白色念珠菌为主(占72.3%)。药敏结果表明真菌对5-氟胞嘧啶、伊曲康唑、氟康唑和伏立康唑出现不同程度的耐药性。结论:真菌感染及耐药性日趋严重,临床应根据药敏结果选用抗真菌药物。
Objective: To understand the distribution of mycobacteria and drug resistance in deep fungal infections in our hospital, and to provide basis for the clinical rational use of antifungal drugs. Methods: The fungus was identified by using Candida krusei culture medium and ATB analyzer, and drug sensitivity test was carried out by ATB FUNGUS 3 drug susceptibility card. Results: Candida albicans was the main fungal infection (72.3%). The susceptibility results showed that the fungi showed different degrees of resistance to 5-fluorocytosine, itraconazole, fluconazole and voriconazole. Conclusion: The fungal infections and drug resistance are becoming more and more serious. Antifungal drugs should be selected according to the drug susceptibility results.
