在LPG的广泛应用和现代物流背景下,高速路隧道内LPG汽车罐车事故的发生,给应急处置提出了新的课题。本文总结了一起隧道深处满载LPG汽车罐车侧翻事故的安全处置经过,分析了隧道内LPG泄漏的各种风险,叙述了几种常用处置方案的现场论证选择,提出了隧道深处极端苛刻和危险的作业条件下事故罐车的处置措施,避免二次事故的发生,为LPG汽车罐车事故应急救援预案体系的充实提供了一个案例参考。
Under the extensive application of LPG and the background of modern logistics, the accident of LPG car tank in the tunnel of high speed road put forward a new topic for emergency disposal. This paper summarizes the safe disposal of a tanker rollover accident with a deep tunnel full of LPG and analyzes various risks of LPG leakage in the tunnel. It also presents on-site demonstration options of several commonly used disposal schemes.
