大豆的单株荚数、单株粒数和百粒重是决定产量的重要因素。关于大豆杂种后代产量因素的遗传变异及选择效果有过一些报道。为提高育种工作的效率,有必要了解不同产量因素杂交组合后代的遗传变异规律。为此,本文就产量因素差异较大的三个大豆杂交组合的后代产量及产量因素的遗传变异进行分析;探讨杂交组合产量因素差异对杂种F_1产量因素优势及其F_2变异和衰退的影响,比较不同组合在F_2中产量因素的遗传变异和选择效果;利用相关及通径分析剖析主要产量因素对产量的直接与间接作用。为亲本选配,培育高产品种提供初步依据,从而提高选择效果。
Soybean pods per plant, grain number per plant and 100-grain weight is an important factor in determining the yield. There have been some reports on the genetic variation and selection effects of soybean hybrid progenies. In order to improve the efficiency of breeding work, it is necessary to understand the genetic variation of the progeny of crosses with different yield factors. Therefore, we analyzed the genetic variations of the yield and yield components of the three soybean crosses with different yield factors. The effects of different yield factors on the heterosis of F 1 yield and its F 2 mutation and recession were investigated. The genetic variation and selection effects of different combinations of F_2 yield factors were analyzed. Correlation and path analysis were used to analyze the direct and indirect effects of the main yield factors on the yield. Matching for the parent to cultivate high-yield varieties to provide a preliminary basis, thereby enhancing the selection effect.
