I usually only do two things: one is to use good people and the other is to supervise the people I use. Business owners, including business management, including specific to the financial management, eyes should be a little larger. Absolute power will produce absolute corruption; but treat people’s minds, but also look a little smaller. Trust is the basis of management, and the lack of trust in people means giving up the basic meaning of management. In other words, everything is inseparable from human factors. My original ideal was to be a calligrapher or painter, but I did business unexpectedly. Maybe this is the so-called fate of it. He said he did not like to do business, but he started from the initial 7,000 US dollars to develop today’s nearly billion assets; he said he did not understand business management, but now he is CEOs are mostly MBA master’s degree or above.
